The balcony room was amazing. The room was very cute and I loved having all the windows. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was the best steak I ever had.

Centrally located, good for walking instead of driving. The hotel was great it was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back soon.

The room was clean and the building was quiet; We had issues with the TV when we came in and there was no ice available. However, the staff very helpful in resolving both of those issues so we’re very happy with that. Bed was comfortable and the shower was very nice.

Nice central location, near Navy Pier and museums. Saturday evening there was a really great gal staffing the bar area. She was very welcoming. We checked our bag at the desk when we arrived before check in. The staff was very helpful with that.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this location. I like the location, and the facilities are great. My room was spacious, and everything in great shape (still feels new). The business center was easy to use (I needed to print some things) and always available.

Concierge was great. He held our bags after check out while we did some sightseeing. Received a courtesy room upgrade. Room was extremely clean. We've stayed multiple times and enjoy each stay.
